Promote institutional changes and support excellence in science communication.
COALESCE Work Package 5 (WP5) is “COALESCE Impact pathways and sustainability”.
We are working to promote institutional changes and further support excellent scicomm practices throughout Europe in the mainstream and to fulfil the impact pathways of the Competence Centre. Specific objectives are:
- To promote institutional changes that support the embedding of scicomm in higher education and the ERA.
- To provide policy recommendations to guarantee the fulfilment of the impact pathways in the medium term.
- To evaluate the performance and impact of the European CC for scicomm’s activities.
- To co-create a business plan for the long-term exploitation and sustainability of the CC.
- To develop a roadmap for establishing permanent and self-sustained regional and national scicomm hubs.

Main results and achievements
