Coordination
Manage and coordinate all COALESCE activities, including the network of National & Regional Hubs.
The COALESCE project Coordination team oversees the overall management and coordination of COALESCE.
We follow a co-leadership structure. This helps us boost knowledge and innovation throughout the project. It also guarantees the effective usage of resources, including quality assurance, risk and contingency procedures, and integration of gender and inclusion.
We organise regular mutual learning and exploitation meetings, involving relevant external stakeholders in science communication at national and international level.
We are establishing a network of National & Regional Hubs: these are organisations across Europe, including COALESCE consortium partners, with an excellent reputation in science communication in their respective countries/regions.
We design and implement plans for the publication, storage, management and curation of the data collected and processed during the project.
